Position Overview
The Talent Development Intern designs and refines the training systems that support teacher onboarding and ongoing professional growth. Ideal for students in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or Organizational Psychology.

Key Responsibilities
Build new-teacher onboarding curriculum (“First Week” and “First 30 Days”)
Create teacher competency frameworks and role clarity guides
Develop micro-trainings, observation tools, and classroom resources
Draft updates to the Teacher Handbook and instructional SOPs
Collaborate with the Curriculum Coach to ensure pedagogy alignment
Work with HRBP Intern to ensure training aligns with job descriptions
